Exact-Fit Guarantee

GreatCovers' seat covers are created to exactly fit the seats in your vehicle down to the exact make, model, and year. You can rest assured that any and all safety features are taken into account when we cut the material to fit your seats: airbags, headrests, seat belts, armrests, and gear shifters are all accounted during processing. With over 30 years of experience in the industry at our backs, you are guaranteed to be 100% satisfied with our products, for they are at the forefront of seat cover craftsmanship. Please note that if you are unable to find your exact vehicle on our website you may feel free to contact us directly to accommodate your vehicle's style.

Warranty

When you purchase one of our seat covers you are guaranteed protection for up to one year against seam separation and normal wear. Please also contact us if you are interested in an extended warranty of up to three (3) years. Our promise to you is that if for up to a year long period of time there is need for repair or replacement due to faulty workmanship or defective materials, we will cover those expenses completely, and in some cases may even replace the seat covers entirely.

Please note, damages caused by business use, children, and/or pets and other misuse, beit intentional or unintentional, is not covered by our warranty.

Color and Dye Matching

If you are planning to purchase both front and back seats for your vehicle, you should purchase both of them at the same time. This is to guarantee matching of the dye lots. If you do not order them at the same time, we cannot guarantee a perfect color match.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, you may return the item under the following conditions:

  • Returns made within thirty (30) days of receiving the item will be refunded, less a 25% restocking fee, upon our receipt of the return merchandise.
  • Returns not placed within 30 days of your receipt will not be accepted.
  • Returns must not be damaged and complete with original packaging.

Please rest assured knowing that we will gladly fix any and all defective items due to the previously outlined conditions.

How to Place a Return

Please call us at +1 303.755.6005 if you want to return an item. With your order number and other purchase information ready and available, ask your representative for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form. He or she will email the form to you, at which point you may then return your defective seat covers by placing them in their original packaging along with the printed and filled out RGA form to be shipped to the address on said RGA form. It is our recommendation that you entrust a reliable shipping carrier and insure the contents of the package. Returned shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: RGA numbers are only valid for fourteen (14) days upon receipt. If you attempt to return your items after the 14 day period, the package will be returned to the sender.
